It was a very exciting time to discover that the gaming software giant SEGA had decided to move into online casinos.  SEGA received there license from the States of Alderney last year.  It is very much expected that SEGA’s presence will revolutionize software for online casinos they way they did for arcades and console games.

SEGA is moving ahead full steam into their dealings with online casinos.  Sega Games Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sega Corporation focused on providing online gaming.  Very early on SEGA formed a strategic partnership with Playtech, a leader in providing software for online casinos.  The latest partnership SEGA has acquired is with CTXM. 

The partnership with CTXM should prove more than worthwhile.  Sega will license an extensive suite of gambling applications from CTXM.  Among the items that CTXM will provide for SEGA are a range of games for online casinos, this will include standard casino games and a few proprietary games belonging exclusively to CTXM. 

SEGA fans will be excited to know that CTXM has also been contracted to develop an online slot version of the SEGA classic House of the Dead.  House of the Dead is sure to be a big splash at online casinos.  Games like Tomb Raider and Hitman have already proven the ability of video games to crossover into the online casino realm.
